Schaefer's
new Extra Clean Lead Stainless Steel Bow Chocks provide a
smooth lead for your mooring or dock lines. Our unique design
features a narrow jaw to keep lines in place, a deep opening
to accept chafe gear and a thick base to keep lines off of
your deck. The generous radius edges reduce chafe to a minimum.
Combine this with our unique hidden Metric fastener design
and a brilliant electropolished 316 Stainless Steel finish
for strength and beauty. |

Deck Mount |
Schaefers
unique Deck Mounting system allows you the flexibility you’ve
always wanted on your deck. Whether you need a cleat,
padeye, block or need a flush deck while underway this one
mount will do the job.
Our elegant
Stainless Steel cleat locks in place with a 1/4 turn and push.
Remove by lifting the two flush release levers and again turning.
You may then replace the cleat with a screw-in Stainless Steel
eye that is ideal for tie downs, dinghies, safety gear, life
rafts or anything else you can think of! Our Stainless Series
8 Stand-up Block is ideal for use as an afterguy or any line
that needs a clean, strong lead.

Schaefer’s
new Stainless Steel Open Base Cleats are a combination of
form, function and strength. Using Electropolished 316 Stainless
Steel and incorporating counter-sunk holes for flush mount
fasteners. Urethane washers keep dissimilar metals apart and
generous radiused edges keep line chafe to a minimum.

These
tough cleats are anodized to provide the strength and corrosion
resistance you need for years of reliable service. Strong,
yet lightweight aluminum offers an advantage over easily ”burned-out’
plastic or heavy stainless designs. Our smooth edges protect
your lines from chafe and wear and accept large diameter lines
that are easier on tired hands.

| Cam
Cleats |
Schaefer’s
”Sure-Grip” Cam Cleats are made from investment
cast stainless steel that won’t wear out or corrode.
Similar competitor designs use either plastic composites which
can dull as a result of heat buildup, or die cast aluminum
which has a higher potential for corrosion.
Our computer
designed flared jaws allow lines to ”drop in”
without pulling for quick engagement and release while the
open top and removable fasteners allow flushing and disassembly
for easy maintenance. |
